What this notice covers
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local or session storage, pixels, scripts, device or network signals, and server-side identifiers that recognize a request or help a service operate.
This notice covers those technologies on uncain.ai. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains the related personal-information practices and rights.
What the site uses today
Uncain does not currently place first-party analytics or advertising cookies through the site code. We do not use browser storage to build advertising profiles or measure visitors across unrelated services.
Cloudflare delivers and secures the site. It may process request, browser, device, network, and challenge information and may use strictly necessary identifiers when needed to route traffic, detect abuse, maintain security, or confirm a valid challenge. The exact identifier and lifetime can depend on Cloudflare's service configuration and whether a request triggers a security challenge.
The Drift Report form loads Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile evaluates browser and network signals and returns a verification token so we can distinguish ordinary submissions from automated abuse. The token is sent with the form and verified by Cloudflare. Turnstile is not used by Uncain for advertising or audience analytics.
Strictly necessary technologies
The current technologies support functions you request or protect the site. Depending on the request and Cloudflare's response, they may include:
- Site delivery and routing needed to return the requested page.
- Security and abuse-detection signals used to identify malicious traffic and preserve availability.
- Turnstile challenge data and a short-lived verification token used when you submit the Drift Report form.
- A server-side rate-limit record keyed by a one-way hash of the requesting IP address. This record is stored by Uncain for approximately one hour and is not browser storage.
What we do not use
The current public site does not use optional audience analytics, advertising or retargeting cookies, cross-site behavioral profiles, personalization cookies, session replay, or social-media tracking pixels. Because no optional category is currently active, the site does not show an accept-or-reject cookie banner.
If we add a non-essential technology, we will update this notice and request consent before it runs where the law requires consent. Rejecting or withdrawing consent will be as accessible as granting it.
Your controls
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking a strictly necessary security technology may prevent a page or the Drift Report form from working correctly. Browser controls vary, so consult the help documentation for your browser or device.
A Global Privacy Control signal communicates certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-outs. The current site does not perform those activities, so the signal does not change its behavior. If our practices change, we will recognize legally required opt-out signals and provide the required controls.
Provider information
Cloudflare acts as the site's delivery, security, storage, and Turnstile provider. Cloudflare describes its own processing and security technologies in its public privacy and cookie materials. Provider documentation may list identifiers used across Cloudflare services; not every listed identifier will appear on every visit to uncain.ai.
Changes to this notice
We review this notice when the site or its providers change. We will post revisions with a new effective date and provide additional notice or consent controls when required.
